I have used knowledgable home inspectors before, they do exist. However there is a huge difference between those that only provide you with the information you requested and those that also proactively provide you with all of the “other” information. Once you have used this inspection service it will most likely be your last one. It has been for me, and I could not imagine trusting anyone else at this point. What this company offers more or less is “full service” inspections as opposed to just inspections.
